PORTABLE ORGANISATION DATA

Download your records.

Export your organisation’s data as JSON for a portable copy of your records. Public passports also offer machine-readable JSON and JSON-LD.

Keep a portable copy of your organisation’s data.

These formats serve different purposes: PDF sheets and zipped PNG images are for labels; JSON contains structured data.

AFTER PUBLICATION

Keep the passport useful.

Maintain the same product identity.

Update care instructions or product information while the GTIN and serial number stay fixed. Choose product-level passports or serialised items to match your workflow.

Make the information reusable.

The passport is available as a browser page, JSON and JSON-LD. Recorded scan activity gives your team a signal of use; it does not measure sales or independently verify impact.

What readiness checks tell you.

Readiness checks help organise product data; they do not independently certify claims or guarantee legal compliance. The platform does not currently submit passports to a live EU registry.
